Rogue will create search strategy and start engaging qualified professionals.
One week from intake session, Rogue will provide an update and progress of search.
Two week meeting to review slate of qualified candidates. Rogue will send over the credentials of qualified candidates 24 hrs prior to scheduled candidate review meeting.
Schedule all first interviews within 7 days of candidate review meeting.
Rogue to continue sourcing and engage candidates (if applicable).
Rogue's average time to fill is 33 days from intake to offer.
